She encouraged me to follow my dreams! I worked really hard to save up the money to take my sabbatical from Nursing. I also had to cash in some retirement money, but it was all worth it. I might be too tired when I retire to achieve all of my goals. I have 2 cats and a condo in Anchorage, AK. I love living in Anchorage! I started running in 2007 and got hooked! My PR was at the Twin Cities Marathon in 3:55:55. Currently, I am running 7 days a week, at least a mile per day. I have been on a run streak since 1/1/2018, and since 9/1/19, I’ve hit 1000 running miles. I’m also in recovery after a DUI in 2012. I didn’t drink everyday, nor did I live under a bridge. Sometimes when I drank, a snap would go off in my head. Sometimes I didn’t know what would happen when the snap went off, therefore I quit drinking completely.
